Warehouse Operative – Hoyland, Barnsley

Multitask Personnel is proud to be working with a leading utilities provider specialising in the supply, installation, and maintenance of gas, electric, and SMART meters. Our client offers a fully integrated service, covering everything from energy supply and connection project management to procurement, installation, and ongoing energy management solutions.

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receiving, unloading, and allocating stock, including new meters.
• Scanning items and completing dispatch paperwork for installation engineers.
• Assisting with the goods-out function.
• Maintaining general warehouse upkeep, including housekeeping and monthly stock checks.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Shift Details:

• Monday to Friday
• 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

Pay Rate:

• £11.44 per hour (increase at week 16)
