We’re on the lookout for a proactive Driver/Warehouse Operative to join their wholesale site in Basildon. This is a fantastic chance to be part of a team making real impact in a sector that’s shaping the future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Taking charge of incoming deliveries, checking manifests and spotting any damage
• Packing and processing orders with care, ready for courier dispatch
• Hitting the road in the company van for supplier collections and customer deliveries
• Keeping the warehouse tidy, safe, and well-stocked
• Supporting customers with collections and vehicle loading
• Pitching in with all aspects of warehouse life — no two days are the same
• Building solid relationships with customers and colleagues alike

What We’re Looking For

• A full driving licence (no more than 6 points/no endorsements)
• Experience in renewable energy/solar (a bonus, not a deal-breaker)
• Wholesale experience is preferable
• Confident IT and admin skills
• Great communicator who thrives in a busy environment
• Positive, flexible, can-do attitude
