TPI Account Executive

Multitask Personnel is proud to be working with a leading utility client specialising in the installation, ownership, and management of utility metering assets across the UK.

We’re currently recruiting for a TPI Account Executive to join their team based in Cardiff

The Role

As a TPI Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for developing strong relationships with Third Party Intermediaries (TPIs) and providing key support to the Business Development and Account Management teams. You’ll play a central role in ensuring customer satisfaction, supporting performance against service level agreements and maintaining seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with excellent communication skills, strong analytical ability and experience within the energy or utilities sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain relationships with TPIs and internal departments.
  • Support the Account Management function with customer communication and performance tracking.
  • Participate in customer and internal meetings, ensuring actions and outcomes are documented and followed up.
  • Provide regular reporting on customer performance and support the submission of new business tenders.
  • Assist in the mobilisation of new contracts and monitoring of supplier work volumes and record quality.
  • Support business reviews, ensuring customers are satisfied with current service levels.
  • Help manage the delivery of service level agreements by monitoring performance against KPIs.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to processes and performance plans.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on contract requirements.
  • Chair internal and external sessions where required and provide clear handovers.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Experience within the energy industry and customer account management.
  • Strong understanding of contracts and service delivery.
  • Proven experience managing key client relationships and driving improvement.
