Role: Testing Electrician

Location:

-Cambridge

Salary: £36,562 per annum plus On-call payment of £1950 per annum for being On-call 1 week in 4.

Contract: Permanent or Temporary to Permanent

Multitask Personnel are working with a leading Electrical and Mechanical company based in Sheffield, we are assisting them with the recruitment of Testing Maintenance Electricians in the below areas:

Cambridge , Birmingham & Manchester.

Responsibilities for the Testing Electrician:

Provide Planned and Reactive Electrical Maintenance across multiple sites & sectors

• Deliver Planned Preventative Maintenance, Reactive Repairs and Installation works across various asset types such as but not limited to:-

Lighting systems

Electrical Distribution Boards & Associated Circuits

Fire & Intruder Alarm systems

Pumps, Motors and associated Control systems

Building Management Systems

PAT Testing

HVAC systems

EV systems

• Fault finding and repairs on electrical equipment & systems.
• Carry out alterations, installations and electrical testing in accordance with specification and legislation
• Provide On-call Service as part of a call-out rota

Qualifications;

• 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, AM2, City & Guilds 2391 (desirable) Inspection & Testing experience (essential)

Package;

• Salary; £36,562 per annum plus On-call payment of £1950 per annum for being On-call 1 week in 4.
• Overtime paid at 1.5 x hourly rate (time and a half) after 37.5 hours worked.
• Normal hours will be 08:00 – 16:00, from Monday to Friday.
• 30 minutes travel time each way per day in their own time.
• Company Van provided by the company.
• Uniform & PPE provided by the company.
