Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Multitask Personnel are pleased to be working with one of the UK's leading family-owned development, construction and property maintenance companies.

Due to an increase in workload, we are currently recruiting for a Temporary Administrator to join their office in Kings Norton, Birmingham on a 3-month fixed-term contract.

Key Responsibilities

• Scanning survey documentation and uploading it to SharePoint within the relevant property address folders.
• Maintaining and updating trackers for completed surveys.
• Re-scheduling appointments by letter for properties where access was not gained.
• Managing the freephone line and handling inbound calls from residents wishing to rearrange appointments.
• Providing additional ad hoc administrative support as required.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous administration experience.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise tasks effectively.
