Role: Solar Manager

Location: Doncaster

Salary: £40k

Contract: Permanent, Monday to Friday 40hrs per week

Our client are currently recruiting for a Solar Team Manager to support Field based solar installers.

Working directly in the Office in Doncaster as well as attending sites. 

The role:

• Lead installers to deliver great customer experiences
• Coach your team to create a working environment that enables installers to excel, grow and develop.
• Ensure customers are provided with top quality customer service and deal with any issues out on site.
• Planning of works to go ahead on in house systems
• Supporting your own Team and any new recruits.

The ideal candidate:

• 18th Edition
• Solar Experience (1-2 years)
• Management skills managing field based teams
• Great people skills
• Clean UK Driving Licence
