Job Title: ECO4 Submissions Administrator

Location: Barnsley, South Yorkshire

Multitask Personnel is pleased to be working with a leading renewable heating solutions company. They provide installation, repair, and servicing of renewable heating systems such as air source heat pumps, solar panels, and hydrogen-ready boilers. The company is committed to delivering energy-efficient solutions and contributing to the UK's net-zero targets.

We are recruiting for a Submissions Administrator to join the team at their office in Barnsley. This role is pivotal in managing the submissions for the installation of commercial solar units funded by the Government-backed Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme. The successful candidate will ensure the accurate and timely processing of high volumes of projects.

Responsibilities of the ECO4 Submissions Administrator:

• Collaborate with the submissions team to accurately submit a high volume of ECO projects weekly.
• Check and amend submission documents as necessary before submission.
• Work closely with other departments to manage and resolve errors and failures effectively.
• Liaise directly with managing agents and utility companies to develop strong working relationships.

Requirements of the ECO4 Submissions Administrator:

• Excellent administration skills.
• Highly organised and able to work to tight deadlines.
• Knowledge of the latest ECO4 legislation, particularly ECO4 submissions, is essential
• Previous experience working within a renewable energy heating company
