Contract – Full Time, Permanent

Salary – IRO £35,000 per annum

Overview – Solar Roofer
We’re looking for an experienced Solar Installer, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of solar panels on residential and commercial properties, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Duties – Solar Roofer

• Install solar panels and related equipment on both rooftop and ground-mounted systems.
• Ensure all installations comply with building codes, health and safety regulations, and company standards.
• Carry out routine maintenance, inspections, and troubleshooting on solar systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Work closely with team members and other trades to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to specification.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment at all times.

Experience & Requirements

• Proven experience in solar installation or a related trade is essential.
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and wiring is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A valid UK driving licence is required for travel between job sites.
• Good physical fitness is necessary, as the role involves working at heights and handling heavy equipment.
