Salary: £42,000 per annum

Multitask Personnel is thrilled to partner with an award-winning UK renewable energy group specializing in sustainable solutions, including EV, Solar Energy, and Air Source Heat Pumps. We are on the hunt for a seasoned Solar PV Installer eager to elevate their career as a technical support expert in the field, focusing on audits and training.

About the Role:

As a Solar PV Auditor, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of Solar PV systems and processes. Your responsibilities include conducting comprehensive audits, analyzing data to spot potential issues, and working with the team to develop corrective actions. You'll also provide vital training to upskill our team, fostering the next generation of solar installers.

Key Responsibilities of the Solar Auditor

• Conduct thorough audits of Solar PV installations, ensuring industry standards and regulations are met.
• Analyse data to identify anomalies and potential issues.
• Collaborate with the team to implement corrective action plans.
• Recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to management.
• Stay abreast of industry standards and regulations.
• Conduct investigations and gather statements.
• Supervise refresher training and conduct trade tests.

Requirements:

• 18th Edition certification.
• Extensive knowledge of Solar PV installations.
• Experience in conducting audits and preparing comprehensive reports.
• Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership abilities and capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
• In-depth understanding of industry standards and regulations.
• Full driving licence
