Multitask Personnel are working with our award-winning client, a UK renewable energy group, specialising in sustainable energy, including EV, Solar Energy and Air Source Heat Pumps

We’re looking to recruit a Solar PV Auditor/Trainer, specifically for a Solar PV Installer who is looking to upskill to become an auditor/trainer, full training will be given

The Solar PV Auditor/Trainer will be responsible for conducting audits of Solar PV systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with the team to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action, you will also be upskilling the team to become solar installers.

Solar PV Auditor Duties:

• Conduct audits of Solar PV installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Review and analyse data to identify potential issues or anomalies.
• Work closely with the team to develop and implement corrective action plans.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and regulations related to Solar PV
• Conduct investigations and take statements.
• Supervise refresher training and conduct trade tests.

Requirements of the Solar PV Auditor

• 18th Edition
• Strong working knowledge of Solar installations
• Experience conducting audits and preparing audit reports
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related.

• Circa £42k salary
• Company vehicle
• 22 days holiday per year increasing to 25 days per year (service length related)
• 5% pension contributions
• Profit share scheme, currently up to £1.5k per year
