Salary: £45,000 per annum

Role Overview:

Multitask Personnel are working with our award-winning client, a UK renewable energy group, specialising in sustainable energy, including EV, Solar Energy and Air Source Heat Pumps.

We are recruiting a Solar PV Installer who is looking to further their career to become a technical support in the field and assist with Audits training.

The Solar PV Auditor / Technical lead will be responsible for conducting audits of Solar PV systems and processes to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with the team to identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations for corrective action; you will also be upskilling the team to become solar installers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct audits of Solar PV installations to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Review and analyse data to identify potential issues or anomalies.
• Work closely with the team to develop and implement corrective action plans.
• Provide recommendations for process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare audit reports and present findings to management and stakeholders.
• Stay up to date with industry standards and regulations related to Solar PV
• Conduct investigations and take statements.
• Supervise refresher training and conduct trade tests.

Requirements:

• 18th Edition
• Strong working knowledge of Solar installations
• Experience conducting audits and preparing audit reports
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related.
• Full driving license.
