Hours: 40 hours per week

Salary: £32,445 - £35,689 per annum, depending on experience, plus company van, fuel card, and excellent benefits.

They are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to join their Responsive Repairs Team in Hull, where you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing their reputation for excellence in service delivery.

As a Site Supervisor, you will:

  • Supervise and manage trade operatives and subcontractors, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
  • Distribute and oversee daily job orders for trade operatives and subcontractors.
  • Ensure the delivery of a cost-effective, customer-focused operational service for all maintenance and repair activities.
  • Support process improvements within the repairs service, continuously striving for enhanced efficiency.
  • Prepare job orders using a schedule of rates and detailed narratives.
  • Conduct pre-, post-, and intermediate site inspections, verifying the quality of completed or in-progress work.
  • Coordinate with the Project Manager and Area Housing Teams regarding repair performance and completion timelines.
  • Identify repairs not related to normal wear and tear, document with photographic evidence, and manage recharge costs when necessary.
  • Track and report on contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure adherence to service standards.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Qualifications: CGLI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in a construction trade, with proficiency in the NHF schedule of rates.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience in the social housing sector, including voids, responsive repairs, and disrepair activities.
  • Technical Skills: Proven ability to manage repair services, conduct inspections, and prepare job specifications and measurements.
