Position: Site Supervisor / Manager

Location: South Yorkshire (with travel as required)

Salary: Circa £45K DOE + Package

Role Overview:

This is a dual role involving both on-site work across the UK and office-based responsibilities in South Yorkshire. You will oversee and manage site operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget, while also assisting with office tasks as needed. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with experience in steel erecting and crane supervision to advance their career with a leading industry leader. You may be required to visit our office in Holland for training and are expected to stay informed about industry developments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities on site, ensuring adherence to project plans and schedules.
• Oversee the safe and efficient operation of heavy cranes during installation.
• Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage site staff and subcontractors, ensuring high standards of workmanship and productivity.
• Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly.
• Liaise with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Visit office in Holland for training

Key Requirements:

• CPCS Crane Supervisor Certification (essential)
• CPCS Skill Card (Gold card is advantageous)
• Proven experience in steel erecting
• Experience with heavy cranes is highly desirable
• SSSTS/SMSTS Certification
• Ability to commute to our UK site in South Yorkshire
• Willingness to travel nationwide for site installations (Accommodation and expenses provided)
