Job title - Site Manager – Groundworks (EV Infrastructure)

Salary – £55,000 to £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus car allowance

Hours of work – Monday to Friday

Location – Sheffield to the Midlands (working nationwide)

About This Opportunity

Are you a Site Manager from a civils or groundworks background looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established business specialising in commercial and industrial design, fit-out and refurbishment, working on projects valued between £300k and £600k across the service station and EV charging infrastructure sector. You'll take ownership of the full build through to handover, working closely with electrical and design teams, and dealing directly with major national clients. If you're looking for autonomy, variety and a genuine route to progress your career, this could be the role for you.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing client relationships on national service station and EV infrastructure projects
• Handling contract arrangements, including experience working on NEC4 frameworks
• Providing regular progress updates and weekly reports
• Organising subcontract labour and materials for each project
• Managing the full build through to handover
• Working closely with electrical and design teams to coordinate delivery

About You

• Must hold a current SMSTS qualification
• Come from a civils/groundworks background
• Experience on EV charge hubs is advantageous
• Strong stakeholder and face-to-face customer management experience
• Interested in long-term career progression
• Must hold a full driving licence
