Role: Site Manager
Rate; £250 per day
Location: Wigan
Our client requires a experienced site manager for an industrial unit refit on a site in the Wigan area, circa 18 weeks duration, potentially starting in 4 weeks.
Works will include.
Builders works
Over cladding of roof
Full mechanical and electrical fit out
AFD system
Install of mezzanine floors + fire rating (ceilings, fascia’s, column casings)
Floor prep and floor painting
Mix of Cat A and Cat B office fit out
Required
Site manger to co-ordinate with our PM on all aspects of site management and sub-contractor supervision.
Experience of being a number one on site
SMSTS or SSSTS
First Aid
CSCS
Site Manager responsibilities (but not limited too)
Overall H&S management for the site
Site inductions
Sub-Contractor co-ordination
Sub-Contractor Risk and Method statement implementation
Daily/weekly report preparation
Site admin
