Service Delivery Manager Location: West Midlands Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Bonus + Company Car or Allowance Our client is a rapidly expanding business within the Energy sector, they are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join their growing leadership team. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing operational performance across the business while supporting a period of exciting expansion. This position will play a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, improving productivity, and developing strong leadership across Planning, Scheduling, Quality and Campaigns. The successful candidate will provide valuable leadership to Team Leaders and build a structure and team capable of supporting increasing workloads. Key Responsibilities • Oversee day-to-day operational delivery across planning, scheduling, and outbound dialling teams • Drive productivity, efficiency, and service performance across the business • Mentor, support, and develop Team Leaders within each operational area • Build and scale teams to support a growing workload • Identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions as issues arise • Help introduce and embed new processes, procedures, and operational improvements • Work closely with the Managing Director to support business growth and strategic objectives • Ensure effective coordination with field-based teams and maintain smooth operational workflows The Ideal Candidate • Proven experience managing planning and scheduling operations within a business supporting a large field-based workforce • Strong organisational and operational management skills • A natural people leader and motivator with experience developing team leaders • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment • A proactive problem solver who can quickly address operational challenges • Experience improving processes, systems, and service delivery structures The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity to join a company entering an exciting phase of growth, offering genuine scope for career progression as the organisation expands.
