With over a decade of experience managing a wide range of properties, including flats, houses, offices, and shops, this agency is deeply embedded in the local community while maintaining a global perspective. Their combined 40 years of expertise ensures unparalleled knowledge of the area’s property market.

We are currently recruiting for a Senior Sales Negotiator to join their Iver branch. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with a strong drive to succeed and a passion for bringing in new business.

About the Role:

As the Senior Sales Negotiator, you will be integral to managing all aspects of the sales process. Your responsibilities will include overseeing property sales, conducting valuations, setting up financial service appointments, managing sign-ups, providing conveyancing quotes, and handling instructions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations of residential sales and leading team meetings.
  • Ensuring compliance with company standards and current legislation.
  • Identifying potential buyers and sellers, securing high-quality viewings, valuations, instructions, and financial service appointments.
  • Conducting canvassing activities and accompanying clients on property viewings.
  • Managing client withdrawals through effective negotiation and setting realistic expectations.
  • Overseeing sales progression and maintaining regular communication with solicitors, buyers, and sellers.
  • Securing offers and maximizing revenue streams.
  • Conducting property valuations and preparing pre-valuation reports.
  • Analysing market and business data to create detailed vendor reports.

Required Skills:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience at the Senior Negotiator level.
  • Strong knowledge of legislation affecting residential sales and lettings.
  • Proven expertise in sales progression and property valuations.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • A valid UK driving license.
  • Good geographical knowledge of the local area.
  • Proficiency in Panjabi, Telugu, Hindi, or Urdu is advantageous.

What’s on Offer:

  • Competitive salary of £28-£30k, depending on experience.
  • Commission structure with an OTE of £60k.
  • Company car/fuel allowance.

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm
  • Alternate Saturdays, 10am-4pm
