Role: Senior Project Manager

Location: Sheffield/Hybrid

Salary: Circa £65,000

Multitask personnel are working with an established and highly reputable company who deliver a number of M&E projects and Maintenance to companies within the Commercial and Retail industries, from design, initial costing and commissioning to installation, handover and on-going support and maintenance.

The role of the Senior Project Manager is to lead multiple projects and project teams. This includes high level planning and taking control of the operational, tactical, and financial aspects of multiple projects to accurately report revenue and cost streams. 

RESPONSIBILITIES-

  • Manages the day to day operational and tactical aspects of multiple or large-scale projects.
  • Reviews deliverables across projects
  • Minimise exposure and risk across projects.
  • Manage scope and mitigate risks.
  • Determine appropriate revenue recognition, ensure accurate invoicing, and monitoring receivables for all projects under his/her direction.
  • Compare financial data for projects to that of other projects and seek ways to maximise revenue.
  • Analyse profitability, revenue, and margins
  • Serve as key participant in team and client meetings.
  • Confront issues openly and quickly.
  • Effectively communicate relevant project/practice information to superiors and peers
  • Manage day to day client interaction and expectations for multiple or large-scale projects.
  • Help to determine new, creative ways to employ teams on projects and distribute responsibilities.

  • Able to read and understand technical documentation and scopes of work
  • Able to advise and mentor engineering resource

  • Must have Retail Experience
