Role: Scheduling Team Leader
Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire
Salary: £27,500pa
Contract: 6 month contract initially
Hours: Mon-Fri – 08:30 to 17:00 and 07:00 – 15:30 as required.
Multitask Personnel are working with a ever growing property management based in Sheffield, they are now looking to expand their team and recruit for a Scheduling Team Leader. This role will be based on a 6 month contract however, does have the opportunity to exceed this. The working hours are Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, office based.
Responsibilities:
To look after a team of Schedulers who will act as the key point of contact for engineers, ensuring work is efficiently and effectively planned and co-ordinated. The post-holder will ensure administer and manage reactive and planned fabric, mechanical and electrical works within a designated geographical area. The Team Leader will focus on continuous improvement, speed and proficiency of internal processes ensuring client expectations are achieved whilst keeping engineer non-productive time to an absolute minimum.
