Committed to making a difference in the renewable energy sector, they’re looking for an experienced Sales Development Leader to establish and grow a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) at our their Leeds site. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to shape the future of the team, contribute directly to sales, and drive the company’s ambitious growth goals. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities • Team Development: Recruit, onboard, and train a high-performing team of SDRs, laying the groundwork for a successful sales function. • Hands-On Sales: Lead by example, actively engaging in appointment setting and customer interactions to demonstrate best practices. • Performance Tracking: Set, monitor, and manage team KPIs to ensure efficient and cost-effective appointment setting. • Campaign & Agency Management: Oversee web campaigns (social media, Google Ads) and collaborate with external agencies to optimise lead generation and ROI. • Customer Engagement: Leverage a well-established customer base to drive meaningful interactions and secure high-quality appointment bookings. ________________________________________ Who We’re Looking For • Sales Expertise: At least 3 years of experience in outbound sales, cold calling, direct sales, or telemarketing.
