Location: Leeds, UK
Salary: £30,000 base + Plus commissions on new business and bonuses for retention and recruitment

Our leading renewable energy client based in Leeds  are seeking a Dynamic Sales Support Executive to help drive customer success and team growth.

• Lead and manage solar installations, nurture client connections, and ensure timely, high-quality completion.

• Manage priority bookings and partner appointments, scheduling them for the sales team.

• Recover post-sale cancellations and re-engage clients who initially decline.

• Source and recruit skilled individuals for both field and call centre roles, ensuring a strong team of driven professionals.

• Support and coach the sales team, aiding in successful deal closures.

• Track sales metrics, provide performance insights, and design individualized coaching strategies.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in direct consumer sales, preferably within home improvements.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
