Our client, a rapidly growing renewable energy wholesaler, is transforming the market with a focus on innovation, service excellence and client success. As they continue to expand, they are looking for a driven and commercially minded Sales Account Executive to join their dynamic team.

Role Overview

You’ll be responsible for both outbound sales and strategic account management. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, converting leads into long-term clients and maximising the value of existing accounts.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and approach new business opportunities via outbound calls, emails and networking
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to close and ongoing account management
  • Build and maintain commercially focused relationships with new and existing customers
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored, value-driven solutions
  • Maximise revenue through upselling and cross-selling
  • Work closely with internal teams to feed back customer insights and ensure service alignment
  • Keep accurate records of sales activity and client engagement in the CRM

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven B2B sales experience with a consistent record of hitting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and client relationship skills
  • A commercially focused, self-starting mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • CRM experience is essential
  • Solar or renewable energy knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement

What’s On Offer

  • Base salary of £30,000 – £40,000 DOE, with bonus potential up to £7,000
