Roofing Manager Exeter

Multitask Personnel are working with our well known, award winning client, a UK renewable energy group specialising in sustainable energy, including Solar Energy.

We’re working with them to recruit an experienced Roofing Manager in Exeter with travel, to manage a team of 10-12 roofers, on a permanent basis.

Purpose of the Roofer Manager role:

To manage a team of roofers that install roof solar panels on pitched roofs.

Requirements of the Roofer:

• 2 year plus experience working as a roofer/managerial role
• Clean driving licence
• Willingness to learn and develop within the renewable energy sector
• Experience within installing brackets, rails and panels on roofs.

In return the company offer:

• £42k Salary + Company Vehicle
• 22 days holiday per year increasing to 25 days per year (service length related)
• 5% pension contributions
• Profit share scheme, currently up to £1.5k per year
