Roofer / Building Contractor – Salford
Ongoing Contract

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Roofer / Building Contractor to work on an ongoing contract based in Salford.

This is a long-term opportunity for a reliable and hard-working individual who is comfortable carrying out a range of roofing and associated property maintenance works, including loft insulation installations.

Duties Will Include:

• General roofing repairs and maintenance
• Loft insulation installation works
• Completing jobs to a high standard
• Using a PDA/tablet to receive and complete job reports
• Travelling between sites as required

Requirements:

• Previous roofing experience essential
• Driving licence required – maximum 6 points
• Basic IT skills for using PDA systems and updating job information
• CSCS card preferred
• Basic DBS required

Qualifications Accepted:

One of the following is required:

• C&G Diploma in Roofing Occupations
• NVQ in Roofing Occupations
• CSCS Card
