Resident Liaison Officer

Resident Liaison Officer (RLO) Yorkshire Region £16.12 per hour PAYE

Multitask Personnel are pleased to be working with a leading national property services contractor to recruit an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to support a large-scale retrofit and energy efficiency improvement programme across Yorkshire.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a long-term project working closely with residents, site teams, and stakeholders to ensure refurbishment works are delivered smoothly while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

The Role

As a Resident Liaison Officer, you will act as the key point of contact between residents and the project team, helping to build positive relationships throughout the duration of the works.

The project covers multiple locations across Leeds, Chesterfield, and Hull, so flexibility to travel between sites is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with residents before, during, and after works are completed.
• Keep residents informed of project schedules, disruptions, and progress updates.
• Manage resident queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Support site teams in maintaining excellent customer service standards.
• Arrange access appointments and assist with resident engagement activities.
• Maintain accurate records and reports relating to resident communications.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer, or similar customer-facing role within housing, construction, repairs, maintenance, or retrofit projects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport with residents and stakeholders at all levels.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
• DBS Certificate (or willingness to obtain one).
• Asbestos Awareness Certificate (UKATA or IATP).

• 8:00am to 5:00pm
• Long-term project through to March 2027
• Immediate start available
