We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Remedial Works Delivery Manager to join our team, supporting works access in Hampshire. With a significant volume of outstanding remedial works, this role requires someone who can step in immediately and make an impact.

You will play a key role in reviewing, planning, and delivering these works efficiently in collaboration with engineers and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities

• Review incoming remedial work requests and assess technical requirements
• Plan and coordinate works with internal engineers and external subcontractors
• Ensure timely and compliant delivery of all remedial tasks
• Maintain clear documentation and reporting on progress
• Prioritise workload effectively to meet deadlines across multiple sites
• Liaise with stakeholders across the estate and internal teams
• Ensure all works meet health & safety and regulatory standards

About You

• Proven experience in a similar role within facilities management, building services, or construction
• Strong technical knowledge in either mechanical or electrical disciplines
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Able to manage multiple workstreams and prioritise effectively
• Confident communicator with strong coordination skills
• Able to “hit the ground running” in a fast-paced environment

Essential Requirements

• Trade qualification in Mechanical or Electrical
• Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to pass Police Vetting
• Asbestos Awareness certification
• Full UK driving licence (travel across Hampshire required)
