Role: Cellar Cooling Technician / Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Milton Keynes 
Salary: £42,023 per annum + 1 in 4 On-Call £1,950 per annum + Overtime available after 37.5 hours Monday to Friday (1.5X)

Multitask Personnel are recruiting for a skilled Cellar Cooling Technician / Refrigeration Engineer to join a leading building services contractor within their Facilities Management division.

This role will involve delivering planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, fault finding, and installation works across cellar cooling and refrigeration systems on multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out PPM, reactive maintenance and installation works
• Fault finding, diagnostics, repairs and commissioning of refrigeration systems
• Work on cellar cooling systems (beer and beverage cooling equipment), split and multi-split systems, small commercial refrigeration, heat pumps and condensers
• Perform testing, servicing, and compliance checks in line with industry regulations
• Respond to reactive callouts and participate in on-call rota
• Produce quotes for repair and installation works
• Update and maintain CAFM system records
• Ensure compliance with SLAs, F-Gas regulations, and health & safety standards
• Travel between multiple sites as required

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning (or equivalent)
• F-Gas Category 2 Certification (essential)
• Proven experience in refrigeration, cooling systems, and fault finding
• Strong understanding of compliance (F-Gas, H&S, environmental regulations)
• Experience within Facilities Management or building services preferred
• Good IT skills (CAFM systems or similar)
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Flexible approach and willingness to join on-call rota
