Multitask Personnel are delighted to be working with a leading UK property services business, specialising in property repairs, heating and maintenance.
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to provide vital support to a fast-paced internal recruitment team.
Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from advertising roles through to onboarding
Provide a smooth and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers
Screen CVs, arrange interviews and manage all associated recruitment administration
Coordinate both permanent and temporary/agency recruitment
Ensure compliance is met at all stages and maintain accurate documentation and records
2–3 years’ recruitment experience within an in-house, temp or contract recruitment environment
Comfortable managing a high volume of vacancies at any one time
Confident with all aspects of recruitment compliance
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload effectively
A confident communicator with a high level of attention to detail
Able to start immediately (or at short notice) and based locally to Knowsley
Salary: £27,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch)
Hybrid working: Home-based Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with office attendance in Knowsley on Wednesdays
