Recruitment Administrator – Immediate Start

Multitask Personnel are delighted to be working with a leading property services business in the UK, specialising in property repairs, heating and maintenance.

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Administrator to provide vital support within a fast-paced internal recruitment team. This is a temporary full-time position for 3–4 weeks, with an immediate start required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to onboarding.
  • Provide a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  • Screen CVs, arrange interviews, and manage recruitment administration.
  • Coordinate both permanent and temporary agency recruitment.
  • Ensure compliance and maintain accurate documentation.

What we’re looking for

  • Previous recruitment experience within a busy in-house team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload.
  • Confident communicator with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Able to start immediately and based locally.

The Details

  • Pay rate: £12.60 per hour
  • Full-time hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (1-hour lunch)
  • Hybrid working: Home-based Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, with office attendance in Knowsley on Wednesdays.
