Project Manager Retail

Are you a  PM who has experience within Retail projects? Would you like to work for a well-established, reputable, and rapidly growing main contractor?

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager who will be accountable for small, fast paced, retail projects. Our client a reputable main contractor who have been operating for over 20 years and are seeing phenomenal growth.

They work across a number of sectors, with dedicated national teams experienced in producing high quality outcomes. Their teams work to provide first class refurbishments and fit outs within the Commercial, Retail, Financial and Leisure sectors across the UK.

Requirements: 

• Experience working in the construction or fit out sectors, and a passion for delivering excellence.
• The ability to build robust client and contractor relationships, ensuring client needs are exceeded and contractors are equipped to succeed.
• The ability to work well under pressure, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
•  Take the lead and overall responsibility to ensure projects adhere to internal health and safety policies
• Complete weekly site audits relative to both H&S and programme progress on all live sites.
• Responsible for all stages of the project delivery – scoping, programming, costing, H&S and delivery.
• Ensure Site Managers are fully briefed in advance of the project, and understand all requirements and expectations.

The ideal candidate will:

· Have experience managing Retail projects 

· Be flexible to travel through the UK and stay away from home when required

Salary: Circa 55k plus Car Allowance

Bath/Bristol Home Based with Travel when required
