Role Overview
As a Project Coordinator (Insulation Works) and Customer Liaison Officer, you will play a key part in the full end-to-end customer and installation journey. This hybrid role blends office-based project coordination with field-based customer engagement, acting as the face of the organisation during home visits.
You will ensure projects remain compliant, efficient and completed to the highest standards. This covers everything from data validation, RA/TS bookings and batching approvals, through to materials management, enabling works, installation, completion paperwork and warranty submissions.
