Project Coordinator (Insulation Works) / Customer Liaison Officer
Location: Leeds (Hybrid)
Salary: £25-£30k DOE + company vehicle

Multitask Personnel is happy to be working with an established domestic retrofit provider on a key hire in Leeds. If you like keeping projects tidy, customers happy and the planet, you’ll fit right in.

About the role

This hybrid post blends office-based coordination with field-based customer visits. You’ll steer the full end-to-end journey for insulation works, from data validation and RA/TS bookings through to installs, completion paperwork and warranty submissions, while acting as the friendly face of the programme in residents’ homes.

What you’ll be doing

Office

  • Validate applicant information, eligibility and evidence
  • Coordinate RA/TS bookings and complete internal checks before progression
  • Collate and submit documents to stakeholders for approvals
  • Schedule enabling works, trades and insulation activities
  • Order and manage materials with suppliers
  • Keep customers updated, send confirmations and ensure documentation is complete for warranties and final submissions
  • Handle inbound calls for bookings, updates and minor complaints with professionalism

Field

  • Represent the organisation professionally during home visits
  • Gather customer feedback and feed into service improvements
  • Spot and escalate concerns early so they’re resolved quickly
  • Work closely with assessors, surveyors and installers to keep delivery smooth
  • Explain works on-site, answer questions and set clear next steps
  • Act as the main customer liaison in the field, building trust and confidence

What you’ll bring

Essential

  • Experience in project coordination, administration or customer support
  • Strong organisation and communication skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks
  • Excellent customer service skills across phone and written comms
  • Calm, empathetic handling of concerns in person and over the phone
  • Confident with CRM systems, spreadsheets and document management tools
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel for customer visits
  • Comfortable with face-to-face conversations, building rapport quickly
  • Field-based or customer-facing experience

Desirable

  • Insulation administration or retrofit project support experience
  • Awareness of PAS 2030 / PAS 2035 and ECO4
  • Familiarity with construction or energy efficiency projects
  • A track record of delivering positive customer experiences
