Our client repair and maintain buildings, manage properties, build homes and support clients with all their property needs. Due to the award of recent contracts and growth in the business, they are looking to recruit an experienced Procurement Administrator join their team, this will be a temporary contract for a minimum of 6 months, with possibility of becoming perm for the right candidate.

Duties will include 

  • Issuing PQQ documents and tracking responses
  • Liaising with supply chain for information e.g. Modern slavery statements, updating insurance documents
  • Using IR35 Shield to check status of agency staff
  • Raising purchase orders on the clients procurement system
  • Ability to manipulate excel and Power BI (preferred).

 

Working hours are Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm

Pay rate is £10 per hour and is paid weekly

The role will initially be working from home with a move back to the office in Knowsley when government guidance allows.(possibly 3 days in the office and 2 from home)
