Multitask Personnel are proudly working with one of our multidisciplined clients across Mechanical, Electrical, Data and AV. We’re recruiting for a Supply Chain and Procurement Administrator on a permanent basis, to work at their site in Beighton

The role is to support the Supply Chain & BD teams amongst others in the support functions associated within the departments. Includes processing of orders and supporting administration with the departments, we're looking for candidates with a pleasant and driven attitude with a real thirst for learning.

Duties of the Procurement Administrator to include:

  • Answering and directing incoming calls
  • Assist in obtaining pricing from suppliers, places orders, deal with PO’s, invoices relating to all orders
  • Follow procedure for purchase approvals
  • Data entry and updating information on the in-house system
  • Administration of company fleet vehicles, keep fleet register up to date
  • Monitor on-hire report and keep up to date
  • Assist in collating monthly reports
  • Create and update company user guides
  • Organise, attend, take minutes, circulate agendas of meetings
  • Support in other administrative tasks where and when required

Skill set of the Procurement Administrator:

  • PC literate and familiar with all main Microsoft office products
  • Self-motivated and positive approach.
  • Good relationship builder and aim to be able to communicate at all levels.
  • Team player and able to work on own initiative.

This is a full-time role working Mon-Fri, salary is circa £22k DOE
