Plumber ( Multi Trade )

Role: Plumber (Multi Skilled)

Location: London

Full Time, Permanent

Salary: Up to £50,000 plus on call

Monday to Friday + On- Call Rota (1 in 3 weeks)

Multitask Personnel are working with a dynamic property maintenance company committed to delivering top-quality services across residential, commercial, and hospitality.

We are assisting them with the recruitment of Multi-Skilled Plumber / Maintenance Technician who can combine strong plumbing skills with general repair and maintenance abilities.

Duties will include but not limited to (Plumber):

• Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults (leaks, burst pipes, blockages)
• Installing and maintaining sanitaryware, taps, and fixtures
• Basic heating and boiler work (valve replacement, minor adjustments)
• General maintenance tasks: tiling, minor carpentry, plastering, decorating
• Responding to emergency callouts on a rota basis
• Liaising with clients, providing updates, and ensuring high quality finishes

Requirements for the Plumber:

• Relevant plumbing qualifications (NVQ Level 2/3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
• Proven experience in both plumbing and general maintenance
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (clean)
• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
• Flexibility to join an out-of-hours emergency rota
