Role: Planner / Scheduler 

Contract: Temporary 

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 0830 to 1700

Location: Sheffield, South Yorkshire 

Are you looking to work within an ambitious organisation? Do you have great administrative skills? We have an excellent opportunity working for a well-established, ambitious and growing organisation within the Commercial Property Maintenance sector.

Key Purpose:

Ensuring site work is efficiently and effectively planned, co-ordinating sub-contractor orders, keeping client portals and in-house systems up to date.

You will:

  • Liaise with client sites and record access arrangements.
  • Data input – update notes on internal and external software.
  • Raising and sending POs
  • General admin duties
  • Scheduling engineer times on software.
  • Chase engineer for updates/paperwork.
  • Importing / exporting data files.

 

You will need:

  • Great communication and organisational skills.
  • Good administration experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to deal with multiple tasks at one time.
  • Great attention to detail.
