• £15.43PH PAYE   £19.03PH UTR
• Maintenance and repair of Council owned properties

Multitask Personnel are currently recruiting for painter and decorators in Huddersfield

The role will consist of but not be limited to:

• The postholder will be responsible for the decoration, internal and external, of Council properties, public buildings and schools.
• To ensure as far as reasonably practicable the satisfaction of the client or tenant with regard to quality of work, prompt services and conduct wherever work is to be carried out.
• To maintain and promote a favourable business image of the D.L.O.
• To ensure all relevant records, for example timesheets, are completed correctly by postholder as laid down by existing procedures.
• To keep abreast of technological developments within their trade.

To be successful you must have:

• City & Guilds/NVQ III in appropriate trade or equivalent.
• Must possess a full driving licence. (not essential)                                                             
• Must be prepared to work overtime as required.                                               
• Awareness of Customer Care.                                                                                                     
• Awareness of Equality Issues.
• Must be able to work at heights e.g. scaffolding etc.
• In depth knowledge and experience of the relevant trade.
