We’re currently recruiting for an order processing admin clerk to work within their busy purchasing team, at their site in Wath upon Dearne, on a permanent basis

Duties of the role:

  • Process customer orders in an accurate and timely manner
  • Communicate with customers, sales representatives, and other departments to resolve order inquiries
  • Review customer orders for accuracy and completeness
  • Enter customer orders into the order processing system
  • Generate invoices and packing slips
  • Coordinate with all staff to ensure orders are fulfilled and shipped in a timely manner

The ideal candidate must have the following experience:

  • Have experience using SAP/ Order processing experience
  • Be able to manage own workload
  • Excellent attention to detail

The hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, salary is up to £25k per year.
