Our client is a gas meter installation company based in Newmarket and are looking for Operations Support Assistant to join their teams.
Duties will include:
- The role will involve booking jobs in for engineers and planning schedules
- Planning engineers’ routes
- Updating information onto in-house computer system
- Ensure all required equipment an stock is ordered and has been delivered to the job can be complete
- Data inputting
- Taking phone calls
The ideal candidate will:
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft excel as the role is heavily based on data input.
- Have previous experience within planning
- Have a hardworking can-do attitude
The starting salary is Circa £18,000, this will be a permanent position with the company.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 08.00am – 20.00pm on rotation
