We’re recruiting for an Office Administration Team Leader to join their Cardiff-based team. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic group of Works Coordinators and support the successful delivery of services across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities: As the Office Administration Team Leader, you will: • Oversee contract requirements and ensure job specifications are met. • Manage and develop a team of Works Coordinators to meet service delivery targets. • Handle escalated calls, providing a swift and flexible response to operational issues. • Identify and prioritise work streams to meet contractual deadlines. • Support all business areas by providing analysis, reports, and valuable insights. • Maintain accurate records using computerised systems. • Attend key meetings and provide resource planning updates to Managers. • Ensure administrative processes are in place to support efficient service delivery.
What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate will have: • Proven experience in people management. • A valid UK driver’s licence. • Evidence of continuous professional development. • Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. • Excellent organisational and administrative skills. • Experience using computerised databases. • The ability to meet deadlines and manage workloads effectively. • A sound understanding of workplace Health and Safety. • Confidence in reporting and delivering presentations.
