Multi-Trade Plumber

• Location: Lincoln / Derby / Nottingham / Sheffield
• Salary: £32,019 per annum (37.5 hour week)
• On-Call: £150 per week when on-call, paid door to door
• Average working week of 45 hours brings total earnings to £44,000+, with overtime paid at 1.5x

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive repairs and small installation works across multiple sites
• Maintain and repair domestic and commercial hot & cold-water systems
• Install and maintain sanitary ware
• Manage internal and external drainage systems, including unblocking, repair and jetting
• Service pumps, water tanks and associated controls
• Repair rainwater goods and pipework, and carry out minor leak detection and repairs
• Support wider multi-trade tasks such as basic carpentry, tiling, plastering and painting to complete plumbing-related works
• Fault-find and resolve issues across plumbing and drainage systems effectively

• NVQ Level 2/3 in Plumbing (or equivalent)
• Water Regulations (WRAS) and Unvented Hot Water (G3) certification desirable
• Confined Spaces or High-Pressure Jetting certification advantageous
• CSCS/ECS Card desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• A flexible, self-motivated approach with a strong customer focus
• Willing to participate in an out-of-hours call-out rota
