Job: Multi Trade Plumber
Location: Sedgefield and surrounding areas (with potential travel as contract demands)
Hours: Full-time, Permanent (40 hours per week)

Monday to Friday 0800 to 1630 - 40 hours per week 

Hourly Rate: DOE 

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Plumber to join their team in Sedgefield and surrounding areas. Please note, you may be required to work further afield as the contract demands, with all travel times considered as part of working hours.

Responsibilities of the Multi Trade Plumber include:

• Repairing/replacing external cold-water gutter and drainage systems
• Installing, repairing/replacing hot & cold-water supplies, including baths, showers, toilets, and waste systems
• Locating and repairing hot and cold-water bursts
• Excavating ground to repair external cold-water supplies & drainage systems
• Clearing blocked drains and toilets
• Tracing, diagnosing, and identifying faults on hot & cold-water system

Our ideal Multi Trade Plumber will:

• Have completed a recognised Apprenticeship and hold relevant qualifications (NVQ L2/L3)
• Be competent in all aspects of the plumbing trade discipline, with experience in maintenance work on domestic and commercial properties, pre-paint repairs, and refurbishments
• Have experience in bathroom and wet room replacements, including patch plastering, tiling, flooring, and painting within social housing
• Be a multi-trade skilled operative capable of completing works in other construction trades, including wall and floor tiling
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and effectively solve problems
• Hold a current driving license (essential)
• Skilled workers will possess a CSCS Card, have asbestos awareness, and provide their own tools
