Multi Skilled Plasterer– Covering Ellesmere Port

£19.00 - UTRTemporary to permanent

Our client, a leading Building Services provider, are currently recruiting for Multiskilled plasterers for new and ongoing Housing contracts, carrying out maintenance work on domestic properties in and around Ellesmere Port.

Other Duties will be included but not limited to:

• Undertaking full house re-plastering and diagnosing plaster patching in small areas
• Identifying and rectifying plaster defects, ensuring all necessary pre and post preparation of works is carried out
• Liaising with customers when arranging and carrying out work, having full regard to their needs and working from written and verbal instructions, including drawings, diagrams, sketches and calculations using measuring equipment

To be successful you will have:

• CSCS Card
• Driving Licence
• served a recognised Apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
• Experience of working as a Multi Trade Plasterer
• Competent in all aspects of the Plasterer trade discipline
• Ability to carry out multi trade
• trades, and core Joinery/Tiling
• have asbestos awareness and their own tool
