Job Type: Temporary to Permanent (40 hours/week)
Salary: £33,075 + On Target Earnings, Company Van, Fuel Card & Excellent Benefits

Our client has an exciting opportunity for a Multi Trade Operative to join their team in Hull. You will be working on a temporary to permanent basis, with a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities:

• Repair/renew roofing trusses, soffit fascia, floor joists, doors, windows, and kitchen units
• Carry out multi-skilled trades such as plastering, tiling, and minor plumbing
• May cover work outside normal area (within working hours)

Requirements:

• Recognized apprenticeship and qualification (NVQ L2/L3)
• Experience in Multi Trade Joinery/Plumbing (wet rooms & disabled adaptations)
• Competent in joinery and/or plumbing, plastering experience desirable
• Housing Association experience essential
• Full UK driving license and CSCS card
• Own tools and asbestos awareness
