You'll be joining a business with a genuinely varied portfolio, working on everything from apartment developments and schools to universities and transport depots, with M&E project values ranging from £1 million to £3 million. Key Responsibilities

• Manage Mechanical packages from pre-construction through to completion
• Oversee project delivery to ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Ensure compliance with all health & safety regulations and company procedures
• Monitor project progress, costs, and resources, providing regular updates
• Lead site teams and maintain strong communication across all stakeholders

About You

• Proven experience managing large-scale mechanical projects (£1M+)
• Relevant Mechanical qualifications
• Strong organisational and leadership skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project timelines effectively
• Commercial awareness and problem-solving capability
