Salary – £45,000 -£50k (this is negotiable)

They are looking for a creative and strategic Marketing Manager to head up all company Marketing, both internal activity with the support of a creative designer and overseeing the activities undertaken by an outside consultancy. Job Overview: As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and executing marketing strategies that increase brand visibility, engagement, and revenue. You will collaborate with various teams to develop campaigns, analyse market trends, and optimize marketing efforts across multiple channels. This role requires a combination of creative thinking, strategic planning, and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals and target audiences.
  • Brand Management: Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and ensure brand consistency across all marketing platforms.
  • Campaign Management: Manage and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns, including email, social media, SEO/SEM, and paid media.
  • Content Creation and Optimization: Work with the creative designer to create compelling content for blogs, newsletters, social media posts, and other marketing materials.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities, and provide actionable insights to improve marketing performance and sales revenue
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring optimal use of resources and cost-effective strategies.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as website traffic, lead generation, and conversion rates, and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the CEO and sales teams, to align marketing efforts and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have

  • A degree in marketing
  • 5 plus years of experience in Marketing
  • Ecommerce experience
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Strong understanding of marketing analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, and content marketing.
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in marketing software tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM software, email marketing platforms).
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
