Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Leeds and Yorkshire Area

Contract: Permanent, Full Time

• Salary: £36,563 per annum plus an on-call payment of £1,950 per annum (1 week in 4).
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x hourly rate after 37.5 hours per week.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00.

Electrician  Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team, working primarily across one of our Social Housing clients in Leeds, with occasional work across Yorkshire and surrounding areas. Key responsibilities include:

• Electrical Inspection & Testing, Reactive Repairs, and Void Remedial/Installation works across Social Housing sites.
• Maintenance and repair of lighting systems, alarms, HVAC, EV systems, and more.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Package:

• Salary: £36,563 per annum plus an on-call payment of £1,950 per annum (1 week in 4).
• Overtime: Paid at 1.5x hourly rate after 37.5 hours per week.
• Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:00.
  • 30 minutes daily travel time in own time.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3, AM2, and City & Guilds 2391 (essential).
• Proven experience in Inspection & Testing (essential).
