Learning and Organisational Development Trainer Location: Doncaster Contract: Until the end of March 2025 (possibility of extension) Hours: 25.9 hours per week (flexible working considered) Pay Rates: £18.78 (PAYE), £23.83 (Ltd)
Multitask Personnel are seeking a Learning and Organisational Development Trainer to design and deliver impactful training programmes that promote a culture of fairness, excellence, and empowerment, on behalf of an award-winning housing provider that delivers exceptional social and private sector services across Doncaster This role involves identifying learning needs, delivering leadership and management workshops, and creating professional development interventions that align with the organisation’s values and objectives.
Key Responsibilities: • Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programmes across the organisation • Support mandatory training as well as professional development initiatives • Conduct learning needs analyses in collaboration with managers and service leads • Develop and utilise e-learning platforms to provide blended learning approaches • Provide coaching and mentoring to line managers to enhance performance management • Procure, manage, and evaluate external training providers where appropriate • Contribute to the successful delivery of the organisation’s People Strategy • Support organisational development initiatives to enhance culture and employee engagement
Requirements: • Level 5 CIPD qualification or equivalent training qualification • Strong knowledge of learning and organisational development methodologies • Experience in designing and delivering innovative learning interventions • Proficient in using Learning Management Systems and developing e-learning content • Confident facilitation and presentation skills across diverse audiences • Experience in coaching and mentoring managers
The role is part-time, working 25.9 hours per week. Flexible working is available, but the successful candidate must be in the office on Tuesdays and available to work Fridays. Other working days will vary depending on training requirements. A driving licence is beneficial due to the nature of the role.
