• Salary:  £42k to £47k per annum.
• Hours of work:  Monday to Friday

About the Role

We are currently seeking a reliable and customer-focused Lead Technical installer for Audio and Smart TV Installations. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and setting up Smart TVs and related home entertainment equipment in customers' homes, ensuring a professional and seamless experience from start to finish with the scope to progress into a supervisor role as the team expands.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and mount Smart TVs safely and securely in residential properties.
• Set up and configure Smart TV systems, apps, and internet connectivity.
• Install and connect associated equipment including soundbars, streaming devices, and home entertainment systems.
• Provide customers with demonstrations and guidance on how to use their new equipment.
• Troubleshoot installation and connectivity issues.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of installations and customer sign-offs.

Requirements

• Previous experience installing TVs, audiovisual equipment, or similar technology.
• Confident using hand and power tools.
• Good understanding of Wi-Fi networks and Smart TV functionality.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule.
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 points
• Comfortable working in customers' homes and representing the company professionally.

• Experience with wall mounting and cable management.
• Knowledge of home entertainment systems and smart home devices.
• Basic electrical knowledge
