- Job Title: Lead Technical Installer (AV/TV)
- Location: Luton – with local installations
- Salary £40 to £42k DOE
- Hours of work: Monday to Friday - No Weekends!!

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Lead Technical Installer to join our clients growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the installation of Audio Visual (AV), Television, and associated technology systems across a range of residential properties.
This is a hands-on role requiring excellent technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality installations and customer service. The Lead Technical Installer will supervise installation teams, ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently, and act as the primary point of contact on-site.
About the role
To install a range of TVs and smart products, must be highly experienced with opportunity to progress supervising a small team
- Lead and coordinate AV, TV, and technology installation projects from start to completion.
- Install and commission a range of systems including:
Commercial displays and video walls
Smart TVs and digital signage
Audio systems and background music systems
Video conferencing solutions
Control systems and automation equipment
- Structured cabling and network infrastructure
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and installation plans.
- Manage on-site installation teams
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installation and commissioning.
- Provide client demonstrations and user training where required.
- Complete project documentation and installation reports.

• Keep up to date with developments in AV technology, manufacturer products, and industry best practice.
About you
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a professional AV installation or integration environment.
• Competent in AV rack building, cabling, and signal troubleshooting.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively across multiple sites.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality and finish of your installations.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills, you will regularly be the face of the business on-site.
• Full UK driving license
• Comfortable with physical installation tasks including working at height, lifting, and general integration work.
