Joiners - Social Housing

Multitask Personnel are currently recruiting for a number of Joiners in Sheffield, working for the local Authority, this is a on going contract.

Duties of the role:

• To carry out a number of tasks requested by the manager.
• All aspects of joinery covered.
• Will include repair and maintenance work.
• Lock changing experience is beneficial.
• Planning work load
• Servicing and repairs.

For the role you will need the following:

• Driving License – no more 3 points
• NVQ Level 3 in the trade
• Asbestos Awareness
• Ideally to be multi skilled.
• Social housing experience is beneficial but as long as you have some customer service skills as would be dealing with tenants.
• Would need a standard DBS or willing to obtain one.

Hours and pay

• Hours are Monday to Friday between 8am to 5pm
• Pay Rates are as followed:
• £15.38 per hour PAYE
• Umbrella also available.
